Prior to Driven Brands, Mason was Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Treasurer at Lowe’s Companies, Inc. Mason is responsible for all aspects of the financial suite of disciplines, including financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, accounting and reporting, tax, treasury and investor relations, as well as the information technology function. Tiffany Mason joined Driven Brands in March of 2020, as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Fitzpatrick was born and raised in Dublin Ireland and holds both his Bachelor's and Graduate degrees from the University College Dublin, Ireland. Prior to this role, he was Senior Vice President, Development and Franchising from July 2007 through August 2009.īefore Burger King, Fitzpatrick was President and Chief Operations Officer of Texas Digital Systems he began his career in Dublin and London, working for Diageo Plc – the world’s largest premium drinks business. He led a whirlwind of activity, including the biggest equipment and menu overhaul in the brand’s history, the development of new operational tools, and notable unit expansion that impacted operating and financial performance at the fast-food franchising giant.įrom October 2010 to February 2011, he was Executive Vice President of Global Operations and between August 2009 and October 2010, Senior Vice President of Operations, Europe Middle East and Africa. Fitzpatrick served in various capacities with Burger King Corporation both prior to and after its acquisition by 3G Capital.īetween February 2011 and June 2012, he was Executive Vice President, Chief Brand and Operations Officer for Burger King.
Fitzpatrick has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer since July 2012, has served as a member of our board of directors since April 2018 and previously served as a member of the board of managers of Driven Investor LLC. Jonathan Fitzpatrick serves as our President, Chief Executive Officer and Director.
